Partnership with the network of historic cities of Croatia

The objective of this Franco-Croatian workshop is to exchange on the tools and policies focused on education of people about their heritage and their environment, especially in cities know a significant tourist flow.

This event, organized in partnership with the Embassy of France in Croatia and the Network of Croatian historic cities, gathered about forty people around the topic of mediation. Several French and Croatian examples were presented to communities and institutions present, including actions led in the framework of the label "Town and REgion of Art and History".

Following this workshop, ANVPAH & VSSP and the Network of Croatian historical cities are committed to develop, in the framework of an agreement signed in early 2013, several actions related to the problems of excessive tourism for old centers.

The program of the workshop and all speakers’ presentations are available at the bottom of the page.
