European conferences and inter-network

The ANVPAH & VSSP, with the support of the french Ministry of foreign Affairs, the french Ministry of culture and communication, the Embassy of France in Skopje, and the french treasury coffers in partnership with the city of Skopje, The macedonian Ministry of culture, and the association of the historic and artistic towns of Macedonia organized the 5th european and international meetings November 25-26, 2010 in Skopje (Republic of Macedonia).

These European days, entitled "Protection and attractiveness of historic centers" allowed to exchange and discuss about the various tools of knowledge of heritage, on strategies for the revitalization of old centers and future prospects of these historic centers. These workshops were also an opportunity to reflect on the policies needed to maintain vital functions of a City center.

These european meetings met 130 persons, elected representives, technicians, Ministry representatives, experts ans studients, that permit to see the interest granted to old centers and their evolution by european cities.
